An identified key worker

Each young person in our service will be assigned a dedicated key worker who they can go to. 

Support planning

We work with our residents to prepare them for sustainable independence be that through life skills, employment, education, training, relationship building etc..

Daily living skills

We work with our young people to develop their living skills in areas such as budgeting, cooking, health and wellbeing, welfare and benefits advice, managing a tenancy and much more. 

24-hour support

On our high support units our staff members are on hand 24/7, we also have CCTV in operation.   

Career planning

We help our young people gain the skills they need to go forward in their careers, whether this be accessing education, training or employment. 

Communal meetings

We often have communal meetings with all our residents so they can get to know one another and express any issues they may be having

Life experience workshops

We work hard to ensure every opportunity is presented to our residents, including life experience workshops.

Diversion techniques

We offer a range of diversion techniques to our residents, such as sport, dance, acting, music, trips, and other creative techniques to re-focus them. 

Independent living

We have low support and stand-alone properties with outreach services for our young adults as they transition to independence or, to new clients who have already developed a level of independence therefore require less support.

Keywork packages

We offer keywork packages and innovative resources to stimulate, entertain, challenge and engage a young person.
